About Us

Our History

The Homeland Community Foundation, HCF for short, was created by members of the Homeland Association Board of Directors in the spring of 1997. The HCF is a separate entity from the Homeland Association (of which you are likely a dues paying member). The annual dues and maintenance fee collected by the Homeland Association fund only maintenance of our community’s public spaces, not the rejuvenation and/or enhancement of these areas. The HCF, a 501(c) (3) organization, was formed to sponsor improvements to the common areas throughout Homeland. Contributions made to the HCF are tax-deductible as charitable donations.
